Hello everyone,
My name is Nguyen Quynh Nhu. Today, I am excited to share with you my morning routine, which plays an really important role in helping me start my day full of positive energy and focus. Let's follow it:
1. Wake up
I usually wake up at 6:00 AM on weekdays and around 7:30 on weekends. Then I take a few deep breaths in bed to get my body ready for the day ahead. Deep breathing helps me regain energy and become more alert.
2. Physical activity 
After wake up, I often spend 15-20 minutes doing light exercise like yoga or meditation to increase flexibility and create a positive mood for the new day. 
3. Personal Hygiene
After exercising:
- I wash my face with cold water, brush my teeth and take a quick shower.
- I believe that personal hygiene in the morning helps me feel confident and ready to face any challenges of the day.
4. Have Breakfast
I usually eat a slice of toast and drink milk for breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal for me because it gives me the energy I need to kickstart my day
5. Go to school
After breakfast, I spend some time getting organized and going to school. But on my day off, I might spend more time on myself. I'll go for a walk and learn new life skills.
In conclusion

My morning routine is quite simple but it is very important. It gives me a comfortable and energetic spirit. It helps me start a new day really effectively. I feel confident and ready to face the challenges of the day.
